This kit includes a base and comes with a sign that reads "Federal Agent". The sing on this pictures that reads US Postal Inspector is not included as this was the prototype. The kit comes unassembled and unpainted. This is a Fifth Freedom. This is an original, not a recast. You will not find this kit anywhere else. Excellent quality and high detail. She will be a great addition to your collection. Note: The Tattoos on this figure were hand painted by our award winner artist.
