Kit comes to you still in excellent complete and unbuilt condition, with parts still in original plastic bag and instruction sheet. Figure stand approximately 8 ¾ inches tall - base measure 10 inches wide - 7½ inches deep and 3½ to the top of the stairs (Will be taller when railings are attached) The only small flaw this kit seems to have is that a pair of the banister spindles have broken off one of the railings, but this is super easy to fix as part is still in the plastic bag. Original box is also still in overall very good condition, showing only some small signs of age and storage wear. Please see our pictures for details.
