A resin model kit of 1/16 Police Spinner made by TVC-15. TVC-15 is a Japanese garage kit maker. This resin model kit is very rare item! Mm in length and about 110mm in width. Resin parts : more than 60.

I also include the sticker sheet for Spinner (this is not a decal, please see attached pic). This is a very very rare item nowadays. This kit is very old kit. As you can see there are parts with air bubbles and parts having poor molding.
