This is a resin model kit that requires assembly and painting. Kit depicts popular tv characters from the 1960's. This is for the experienced/advanced adult modeler.

The walls of the staircase require heating and flattening. Advanced model skills required to make moving parts operate. The scale of this kit is unknown, probably slightly bigger in scale than the Munster's Living Room kit.

There is no box but it does come with instructions. THIS IS NOT A RECAST. The kit has been stored in a smoke free climate controlled environment.
