1959 Desoto Fireflite station wagon pro built one of one resin Modelhaus

Here's a one of a kind and largely scratch built'59 Desoto Fireflite Explorer 9 passenger station wagon. This is the only one. Built using the rare and discontinued Modelhaus 57 Desoto wagon as a starting point. Conversion work includes added 59 Desoto front clip and side moldings, exterior scripts and badges, correct 1959 seat patterns, scratch built taillight assemblies and I added a scratch built rear facing third seat. Finished in the factory color of Capri Turquoise metallic code K and Pearl White code X base coat clear coat.

Color sanded and highly polished to a mirror shine. Beautiful three tone interior with patterned cloth seat inserts.

Simulated rubber weatherstrip around all window areas. I have been building since 1966, have helped several resin casters with masters for new kits more in the works! And work restoring vintage cars. Outside the country pays 50.00.
