Alfred Hitchcock Psycho - Mummified Mother Bates - Rare Resin Model M&M Kit. It's old Mother Bates tucked away in her fruit cellar, looking just as she did at the shattering climax of Alfred Hitchcock's Psycho. The lovely lady here was produced 11 years ago as a limited edition resin kit by Mickey & Mallory Models, having become one of their most popular offerings over the years.

The superb sculpt is the work of Chris Elizardo, who crafts a spectacular rendition of mummified Mama - from her horrid hair to her skeletal fingers, every crisp detail is present. Beyond the hideous seated figure, the kit includes an optional butcher knife, and a cracked cement floor display base with embedded movie-logo nameplate. Mother Bates is a 1/6 scale kit, measuring 8 ½" tall x 3 ½" wide x 5 ½ deep, including her antique chair. The knife is nearly 3" long, and the fruit cellar display base measures 7 ½" wide x 6 deep. As with M&M's other models, the solid gray resin castings are flawless, with neatly keyed parts that practically assemble themselves.
