Blade Runner Sebastian 1/6 Scale Resin Model Kit

From the Outstanding Sci-Fi Movie comes J. F Sebastian, the genetic engineer who worked for the Tyrell Corp. Sebastian was played by actor William Sanderson and as you can see from the pictures.

The very talented Pablo Valenzuela captured him to perfection. The movie is iconic and all the characters have their own stories that Ridley Scott brought to life and you feel bad for Sebastian life. The model kit is made up of a few pieces and the detail is amazing. All parts of Sebastian are resin and the base is printed in filament.

I cannot remember ever seeing a kit of Sebastian offered. Any fan of the film will enjoy having him added to his collection. Take advantage of this limited offering of fan art. This is a 3D resin print. It will have like all materials in making models slight imperfections.

These imperfections does not mar the model in anyway and with the knowledge of modeling can be worked out of the kit. A big percentage of the models are hollowed out, that are what the drain holes are for and some pieces can be solid also. The drain holes can be puttied in and sanded to match.

My models are printed no less than 2mm walls so they are thick. All models go thru a post-production process with me sanding and using fillers for any defect I can find, sometimes they can get over looked. I try to put in your hands a model that is ready to prime and paint.

Anytime you want a tighter fit, the resin part can be heated up with hot water or a hair dryer and it will make it easier to take a better shape. Filament is a plastic substance that prints in lines and build up the 3D print. In order to fill some of the visible lines, a filler needs to be used, like wood filler or any Substitute primed and Sanded.
