Lights up with two AA batteries (not included) for nighttime use. It is 1/24 scale but will look great with 1/25 scale models also. I will open the sealed box for inspection of the unit to be sure all lights are working and that there are no broken or missing pieces. Once it leaves their facility i will not be responsible for anything after that.
